Kegel Balls (Ben Wa Balls)

Kegel balls also called  Ben Wa Balls are weighted balls inserted into the vagina to strengthen the pelvic floor

They also intensify your sexual pleasure.

How to use:
A.  Insert balls into the vagina one at a time.
Leave the loop outside the vagina for easy retrieval when finished
B. squeeze your pelvic muscles to hold it in place. Doing this repeatedly or just holding it in place while sitting, standing or working out can strengthen the pelvic floor

How to remove?
Just relax your pelvic muscles and retrieve using the loop.

Ensure your Kegel balls are dry before placing them back for keep.
